		<description>your phone jack is a 3 line jack... red/green would be line 1, yellow/black would be line 2 - this is the old color code... you would not need the blue white connection for the phone jack that you have since that would be the third line... 

the CAT5 cable should have 4 twisted pairs blue, orange, green, brown... each with a corresponding striped white wire....</description>
