Here it goes. Wire up you wall jack in this order (from cat5 cable to wall jack). Orange/White to Blue Orange to Orange Green/White to Black Blue to Red Blue/White to Green Green to Yellow Brown/White to Brown Brown to White That should work because it's working for my computer. Good luck Rick I bought the same exact computer/phone wall jack. Here it goes. Wire up you wall jack in this order (from cat5 cable to wall jack).

Orange/White to Blue
Orange to Orange
Green/White to Black
Blue to Red
Blue/White to Green
Green to Yellow
