1. GP local service. We do executive ERP presentations, full cycle software sales with proposals. Our functional consultants and programmers will come out onsite as needed and will provide onsite service.
2. GP remote support. This service is especially good for customers in remote areas, USA and Canada country side. We do seasoned implementation, sending project manager onsite and the we establish communication channel with your key accounting and IT people and serve you via VPN, web sessions and remote desktop connections.
3. GP modifications, custom development and reporting. As here we often see small project, with high involvement of your IT staff, it is often fine to do programming job in our software development factory and test it remotely on your dedicated test server, and then roll in to production environment
4. GP version upgrade service. Here we have special technology. We ask you to upload or FedEx us your databases backup and then we upgrade them in-house and then download them back to your ftp and mount on your server. Similar work could be performed on your test server if you have hardware and remote support options
